Turkey

I am thinking of deep frying one of the turkeys for Thanksgiving, but I am worried about burning the house down. Thoughts?

Update:
Seeing as how I deep sixed my deep fryer this weekend by using peanut oil, which must have over heated it and burned out the doo-hicky, anyway, it does not work! Buying new one tomorrow; must have. Deep fried food is the best. I don't care what you say; we will all die, I will die full and happy.
